I’m confused. Today’s call for duty said “Artemis V2.3.0 & TSN Mod V1.1.4 (as of 6th February 2016)”. Either the date is wrong or the version number.
Too bad I can’t join you tonight.
21/02/2016 at 11:15 #5315FulvusParticipantHas anyone missed SyFy’s “The Expanse” tv-series? I recommend it warmly.
Edit: Yes, I know it’s not text but I thought we could expand (do half-puns need explanations?) this thread.

I was humbly preparing for beam engagement when our rear just blew up. I guess at least one of the caltrons was one of those dodecahedrons or what they’re called. But I don’t really know, I lost both hearing and seeing in that initial blast. Glad we came out of that inferno , and very thankful for the fleet’s quick response covering our… well – not so much of a donkey left to cover. Some brave souls did not come alive out if it though:
Epiphany Connelly
Colum de Fiore
Tadas Gorman
Lotte Knutsson
Randi Kovac
Nicomedes Mallory
Siavash Murtas

Floris Petrovic

20/12/2015 at 10:27 #3006FulvusParticipantI also note that we now have a confusion between NATO alphabetic codes and the Greek alphabet letter names.
I think we should avoid all Nato phonetics for both attack orders and fleet pattern. Its not often but sometimes it can be confusing with sectors and ships called out along with orders, and radio signal disturbances.
“Target fleet in sector EchoTwoMarkThree. Prepare an EchoThree, intitiate with EMP on target ship EchoTwoThree.” This is as bad as it can get I think but thank the stars I’ve never experienced it.Greek is fine, as long as we don’t use Alpha and Delta but maybe we should also consider separating attack orders from fleet patterns even more?

21/11/2015 at 01:03 #2148FulvusParticipantCan’t you improve energy regain rates instead?
06/11/2015 at 09:53 #1910FulvusParticipantReally nice log Matsiyan!

Once you log in to the TeamSpeak-server one of the senior officers will welcome you, give you proper uniform and security clearance.
Hope you’ll have an exciting evening with the TSN. Too bad I can’t be there tomorrow!

12/10/2015 at 16:54 #1711FulvusParticipant…I thought I had a printout of respective ship’s crews from last shift but apparently I must have mislaid it somewhere.
Maybe the DO should have this as one of his duties to log this more properly?//a printscreen of Teamspeak for each mission/scenario
10/10/2015 at 12:04 #1696FulvusParticipantHey Matsiyan (or Murray)!
A bit off topic but since its your thread I want to take the chance to thank you for your wonderful Duty logs, really spicing up the atmosphere!Cheers!
06/10/2015 at 18:30 #1674FulvusParticipantIf ONI are on to it they maybe could make small releases of what’s already put together rather than to wait for everything to be released at the same time.
05/10/2015 at 22:29 #1668FulvusParticipantWhat about some basic ship data of until now encountered ships in the vessel database? Common weapons loadouts, max speed, turnrates, jump capability, shield strengths and such? We have some nice videos but surely we must have more data than what’s mentioned in those (and with better accessability)?
I think it would greatly improve our ad hoc judgement if we have some clue of these basic facts. Unless you’re commanding a ship or manning the science station frequently you’ll never really get a hold of the ships we encounter, neither friendly nor hostile.
As a Tactical officer I’d like to give as good advice as possible on tactics to my commanding officer.- This reply was modified 8 years, 6 months ago by Fulvus.
