New: TSN Armoury

To collect information about weapons in use in the Forum RP, I have created the TSN Armoury document. It needs more information adding, but it will be the main place to find information about weapons used by officers in our universe, both by the TSN and by alien forces. It’ll give us plenty of information about the weapons. I was also thinking about adding scaling boxes as part of this document to link with the RP so we know the relative weapon strengths.
