ISN Relentless suffered moderate damage during its most recent sortie, in part due to substandard supplies of ordnance. Ammunition consumption in recent engagements conforms to acceptable parameters, but recent supply disruptions and the lack of a replacement combat supply ship since the destruction of 4HG’s supply vessel several months ago threaten 4HG’s combat readiness status. Further failure to allocate all materiel and resources due to 4HG under the Imperial Stellar Navy’s Standard Table of Organization & Equipment is unacceptable and will be reported to ISN Command for potential disciplinary action.
