Cadet Rooney reporting for active duty, sir!
I am an EU timezone player, just finished preliminary engineering training in the simulator and gotten word that I’ve been transfered to the real deal. Hope to play with you lot at some point in the future!

Be sure to read the section on your preferred station, although the more familiar with all stations that you are, the better.

Shifts start at 20:00 UTC, but especially on your first shift, try to be there before that please!

Expanding on what @xiph has said, I recommend showing up around 20 minutes early so that the Duty Officer (he’ll have a “DO” tag next to his name) has time to get you sorted out. The shift will last for about 4 hours. If you need to leave earlier than that bring it up with the Duty Officer.
