Well, it’s up to Xavier and Jemel and maybe the other COs, but thinking back to when I was a cadet, I think I would’ve benefited from being on a training vessel of some kind. Picking it up as I went worked, but I was fortunate enough to have played the game several times before joining TSN, and some cadets have little to no experience at all. As for the type of ship, I suggested a scout because the ship would intentionally avoid combat for the most part, but really each ship has its own learning curve.
