Is it in a state to be tested?
Can the resources files now be pulled into a development mod patch for testing?
what are you using to edit these texts?

– quotation marks are not the standard character for a double quote (Is this from MS-Word?)

To address this I am including a correction in a forthcoming dev test. To be paranoid, I have set the back shields of all base-like hulls to the same as the front in case the sandbox spawns them as a ship instead of a station.
Let me know if this is not such a good idea.
