Recruitment Medal

I was looking at the Public-Relations ribbon that no-one has since the department doesn’t exsist and thinking it could instead be awarded to people who made notable community outreach. Things such as recruitment, representment at cons, Twitch/YouTube posting.

Whatcha all think?

I know I personally recruited several people to join the TSN and distributed TSN recruitment cards at the most recent Phoenix Comicon.

While I can’t say that I’ve had all that many takers, I’ve also been heavily involved in recruitment activities. Charcon, Artemis Armada, and the WV Strawberry festival all had cards given out with the group’s web site, and there’s also my bridge with TSN logos plastered all over it. I’m also scheduled for 2 more events this year.

I think that is a great idea. I know there are a couple of people out there who really show off our community and advertise us with awesome bridge layouts. This would be a way to recognise this officially and the effort people make!
