Sabre looks right
Lancer has Vaj
Viper looks right
Horizon doesn’t have Vaj.

Hi Adam, are you asking about who is actually assigned where or the form to request an assignment?

By the way, I added a dynamic link to the assignments doc to a summary of actual ranks, specialties and assignments in the Central Officer Records. That should ensure correct rank is visible if an update is overdue.

For flavour, that linked table could be moved to the end of the doc if preferred.
