I am thinking of adding a “post limit” of some sort. Something like, a proportion of the active players must have posted before you can add your next post. For example 1/3 of those who are taking part must have added their own post before you can add your next post, rounding up. So, if there is a full crew of six, you could post once but then would have to wait until two others had posted before you could post again.
The intention would be to allow others to post, without one person dominating the story by adding a whole series of posts. The exact proportion needs to be decided, e.g. should it be 1/5, or maybe even 1/2 of the active players. Generally it seems that we have about 4 – 5 active players, with a couple chipping in here and there.
We also need to look at some way of moderating the responses to avoid immediate resolution of a story in two questions.
