//FUDGE http://fudgerpg.com/ is one I have just started taking a look at (after a quick google search) and there looks to be a lot of others out there too. There could be a way to getting around dice e.g letting a GM roll and giving the result – you’d just have to trust them, or perhaps having something in the forums or on the website to give some kind of result.
