So far, we’ve been through three main ideas:
1. Adding a lt rank below lt-cdr
2. Increasing standard command rank to Captain and standard XO to Commander
3. Bypassing seniority for Captains
Is the consensus that all of them are workable, or just a combination of two of them would be better?
